Information for people with disabilities and special needs
The most important information for people with disabilities and special needs who plan to fly:
- Disabled person or person with reduced mobility means any person whose mobility when using transport is reduced due to any physical disability (sensory or locomotor, permanent or temporary), intellectual disability or impairment, or any other cause of disability, or age, and whose situation needs appropriate attention and the adaptation to his or her particular needs of the service made available to all passengers; (REGULATION (EC) No 1107/2006 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 5 July 2006 concerning the rights of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility when travelling by air).
- Passengers requiring special care and assistance - disabled passengers, passengers with reduced mobility, children traveling under the assistance service for minors traveling alone, pregnant women - are required to inform the carrier at the time of booking the flight. Individual booking passengers who require special care and assistance are required to immediately inform Royal-Star Ltd by sending the appropriate information to the e-mail address sales@royal-star.pl.
- Passengers with disabilities are asked to come to the check-in point 1.5 hours before the planned departure in order to carry out the necessary checks and equipment checks.
- Equipment which facilitates travel and has a significant impact on the health and comfort of travel shall, as far as possible, be checked as cabin baggage.
